Coaching
I don't always have bandwidth to do 1:1 coaching but I enjoy it so much I never want to completely close this door.
The ideal coaching arrangement is short-term (eg 1-5 hrs) and focused on helping with a specific project. That could be upgrading a pitch for an investor roadshow, creating a fundraising strategy or acting as a deal coach for negotiations.
I volunteer a lot and I'm happy to provide free advice through my workshops, conferences and events, through accelerators or obviously on my newsletter. For everything else book below.
Workshops
Teaching is a passion and I'm at my most creative when I'm in a room with founders, exploring topics and learning from each other.
My approach is positive and humorous but also analytical and challenging. I'm good at explaining things in novel ways.
My workshops are ideal for accelerators, entrepreneurship classes or events and involve a lot of interactivity, some improv, games, giant toy blocks and anything that helps founders master the skills of entrepreneurship.
